1. How can I start working with you?

We always welcome people seeking advice and support. To get in touch with us, it is as simple as booking a consultation with us through the booking tab.

2. What should I prepare for my initial consultation?

We aim to make the process as easy as it can be, therefore, all we initially ask of you is that you have a general idea of the field you are wanting to consider, and location. We will ask some information in relation to your business as per product required.

3.How does the payment plan work?

Following your initial consultation call and identification of services you will require; we will draw up a quotation based on the proposal and how your needs can be met.

For Illustrative Purpose:

1. First month: Initial deposit of a 1/2 of the total cost.

2. Second month: second installment due (reminder will be sent). This will be the remaining balance. This will enable us to release full access to you.

4. What If I Do Not Know Some Details For My Business?

We work with you in collating relevant information that can be useful to your business. We do have a chat with yourself and obtain information from you as well in the research you have done, and what you may want to be included in the package.

5. How Can I Maintain My Website?

Our website creation and maintenance service can either fully be maintained by yourself or maintained by us in terms of any updates or changes you may require. We offer this service for up to 12 months with a one-time payment required. This will include full domain, company email address and following up any compatibility issues with devices within our service.

---Please be aware that website domain remains based on a subscription service, from monthly subscription to up to one time 3-year subscription basis---

6. Will I Be Able to Edit My Documents?

The simple answer is YES, you will be able to edit your documents after completion and payment completed. All documents will be provided in word documents, allowing you to edit any information you may require.
I any further changes are required; we may charge a small admin fee and service fee depending on the level of reworking that will be required.

7. CQC, Am I Guaranteed a Successful Outcome? (For Clients with Companies That Perform Regulated Activities)

The answer sadly is no. This is due to many factor that can impact the outcomes which are outside of our influence, including interview performance etc.
We do however ensure that our applications are supported with preparing training for CQC for the interviews. This can be requested at an additional cost to the CQC application.
